BEP Podcast Academy

The BEP Podcast Academy is a hands-on, execution-focused program that empowers creative, ambitious individuals to build, launch, and grow podcasts that truly matter.

Whether you’re sharing your story, amplifying a mission, or promoting your work, the Podcast Academy provides the tools, mentorship, and community to turn your voice into a powerful platform.

Led by the team behind A Black Executive Perspective, an award-winning podcast recognized by the Signal and Givsly Awards, this isn’t theory. It’s lived experience.

ABOUT THE PODCAST ACADEMY

Most podcasts don’t fail because of talent.
They fail because there is no structure, no strategy, and no accountability.

We know this because we built BEP from the ground up.

The Podcast Academy exists to shorten your learning curve and help you avoid the mistakes that stop most shows before they ever find momentum.
